Screw jack

Working Principle of Screw Jack The screw jack is based on the mechanical principle. Pull the handle back and forth, and the claws are pulled out to push the ratchet to rotate through the gap. The small bevel gear drives the large bevel gear, so that the lifting screw rotates and the lifting sleeve is lifted or lowered. Achieve the function of lifting pulling force. The screw jack is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
Instructions for use
Before use, you must check whether the jack is normal, whether each component is flexible, add lubricating oil, correctly estimate the weight of the heavy object, select a jack of appropriate tonnage, and avoid overloading.
To adjust the supporting teeth on the rocker, first turn the rocker clockwise by hand directly to make the lifting sleeve rise quickly to lift the heavy object.
Insert the handle into the rocker hole, move the handle up and down, and the weight will rise accordingly. When a red warning line appears on the lifting sleeve, you should stop moving the handle immediately. When it is necessary to descend, adjust the support teeth to the opposite direction, and the weight will begin to descend.
